Keelie teaches workshops in acting, directing, devising, voice & movement. She currently teaches Directing at Buffalo State University. Recently, she was an Artist-in-Residence in the Department of Theatre and Dance at Union College in Schenectady, NY and an Assistant Professor of Acting and Directing in the Cinematic Arts & Theatre Department at the University of North Alabama. Keelie has taught acting technique, movement, vocal production, physical theatre/ devising, improv, on-camera acting, directing, and scene study at schools including City College of NY, Brooklyn College and the T Schreiber Studio. Previously, she has worked as a K-12 teaching artist in NYC, with a focus on middle and high school drama, dance, creative writing and literature. She holds a MFA in Theatre Directing from Trinity College Dublin/ RADA’s The Lir Academy, a MFA in Acting from Brooklyn College and 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher Designation (Three Sisters Yoga).
